The Nordic region’s leading psychology firm is bringing in Broviken Gruppen AB as its new strategic majority owner. The goal of the deal is to strengthen its position and further develop services and methods in digital and clinical psychology, educational psychology, and organizational and leadership psychology.

– We’ve been an employee-owned company for 20 years, so it’s been important for us to find an investor who wants to keep Psykologpartners as a company and who is interested in a long-term partnership. Psykologpartners was founded in 2000 by a group of psychology students from Linköping University. Seven of the founders still work at the company, which today employs just over 100 licensed psychologists. The company has grown rapidly and organically; among other accolades, it has been awarded six Gazelle Awards for fastest-growing companies by Dagens Industri and has been Sweden’s largest provider of digital therapy for the past 10 years.
