Christer has a background as CFO and Interim CFO at companies such as Refine Group, Aspia Group, Nordea Life & Pension, Movestic, and prior to that at Tennant Försäkring, which was acquired by Gjensidige Forsikring. Previous experience includes auditing at PriceWaterhouse, Investment Manager at Atle/3i, and various board assignments. Christer has been a board member of ICA Försäkring since 2016.
Nicke has experience as CEO of Hifab Group and several executive roles within PE Teknik & Arkitektur as Head of Strategy, M&A, and Division Manager. He has also worked at Bisnode as Head of Advisory and Analytics, and is a founder and partner of Great Consulting Group. Nicke holds an EMBA from SSE.

Ludwig has a background from SEB Investment Banking and Merchant Banking, 2011–2018. Advisory in connection with IPOs, capital raisings, and distressed debt management. Additional experience from board assignments at Idun Industrier.
Marika has a background including Performance Potential, where she is founder and CEO. MD of Nordic Hudson Global Resources, MD of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Business Unit Manager at Tieto. Board experience: B3 Consulting Group, Softronic, Poolia, and Interoc Group. Experience as a business mentor and change coach. Experience with post-merger integration.
Astrid has a background in transaction advisory at Grant Thornton, 2018–2021. Experience in financial due diligence and transaction execution.
