Ductus is an international IT consulting firm offering specialist expertise in digital transformation. Founded in 1989 in Skellefteå, the company has grown into a global player with over 300 employees across Sweden, the US and Indonesia, providing expertise in systems development, infrastructure and security, cloud services, and advanced network automation.

Operations rest on three pillars: IT consultants, IT services, and advanced network automation. Together, these cover the entire IT landscape, positioning Ductus as an end-to-end partner throughout the entire digitalisation journey for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Ductus' approach is based on solid technical competence combined with a considerate and down-to-earth manner. For more than 30 years, this culture has laid the foundation for strong customer relationships, with many partnerships spanning several decades.

Since Broviken became the majority owner in 2019, Ductus has completed several strategic acquisitions, including BnearIT, Complit, and Tromb. These have broadened both the offering and the geographical presence. Over the past four years, revenue has almost doubled and currently amounts to SEK 468 million, while maintaining stable profitability.
