The corporate group Alleda, with Broviken as majority owner, strengthens its position in the development of the built environment as PQ Projektledning merges with ON Management. The combined operations comprise approximately 60 advisory consultants and project managers in real estate and Infrastructure and property advisory. The merger will be completed on 1 October 2026.
ON is a fast-growing advisor and project manager in land development and urban development. Today, the company has approximately 20 employees with offices in Marievik, Stockholm. Its clients include major institutional property owners as well as public sector clients.
“With ON, we strengthen our expertise and our offering in the development of the built environment. Our goal is to work on client projects that create vibrant urban environments; together, we become a stronger advisor and project manager in precisely these assignments,” says Jonas Karlsson, CEO of PQ Projektledning.
PQ has around 40 employees and a strong position in project management across Stockholm and the Mälardalen region, from early stages to completed buildings. Through the merger, PQ enhances its offering and will be able to undertake larger and more complex assignments across all project phases. The combined operations will also increase collective expertise in security and resilience—areas gaining increasing significance in Infrastructure and property advisory projects, where demands from both public and private clients are growing.
“PQ shares our view of the role as an advisor close to the client, with consultants who take strong personal responsibility. As part of PQ, our employees gain more development opportunities, and our clients gain access to broader expertise. For my part, it means I can focus my time where I generate the most value—in the business and with the clients,” says Ola Larsson, CEO of ON Management.
ON's ongoing assignments will continue with the same consultants and the same commitments to clients. ON's owners are reinvesting in Alleda, thereby becoming co-owners in the combined group. Ola Larsson, who founded the company, will become head of sales and business development for PQ and ON, while continuing to actively work on selected client assignments.
“Alleda is founded on the idea that strong Infrastructure and property advisory companies should be able to develop with considerable independence, while gaining access to a broader network and shared opportunities. The fact that PQ and ON themselves identified the potential in joining forces is a strong example of how this model generates both commercial value and new development opportunities,” says Annika Selin, CEO of Alleda.
The merger is subject to regulatory approval. The commercial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
