INM enters into a partnership with Cerebgruppen
Cereb Holding AB (“Cereb” or “the Cereb Group”), together with its majority owner Broviken Gruppen I AB (“Broviken”), has entered into a partnership through the acquisition of Integrerad Närpsykiatri Malmö AB (“INM”) and Medistud AB (“INM Laro”).
INM was founded in 2003 and has two clinics in Malmö that provide diagnostic and psychiatric care for adult patients with mental health issues, on behalf of Region Skåne. INM Laro is accredited under the healthcare choice program and, since 2014, has been helping patients with opioid dependence through medication-assisted rehabilitation (LARO) at its clinic, also located in Malmö.

Harald Wessman, CEO of the Cereb Group , says , “It feels fantastic to welcome INM and INM Laro to the Cereb Group—two highly reputable companies where the professionalism, solution-oriented approach, and patient focus of the staff truly make a difference for vulnerable patient groups in great need of care.” With this partnership, the Cereb Group will have eight clinics in Skåne, including its existing clinics for neuropsychiatry (Cereb) and pediatrics (Sparta).
The two INM companies have a combined total of 55 employees, including medical specialists, psychologists, nurses, psychotherapists, social workers, and others.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
