Forsen brings in Broviken as strategic ownership partner
Forsen AB, one of the Nordic region’s leading independent providers of specialized project and construction management services, has entered into a strategic partnership with Broviken Gruppen AB (“Broviken”). Broviken will become a significant shareholder in Forsen and, together with the company and existing owners, will work toward the continued expansion of the business. The new partnership paves the way for broader employee ownership at Forsen.
Forsen was founded in 1997 and has expanded significantly since its inception. Today, the company is the leading independent provider of specialized services and consulting in project management, design, and construction management for public and private property owners. With Forsen’s approximately 300 team members—including both employees and subcontractors—clients benefit from a broad and deep base of experience and expertise.
Forsen has an attractive mix of different sectors, primarily construction, offices, and housing, but also urban development, health and social care, industry, and schools.
Forsen has offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Halmstad, and Malmö. The company has shown strong organic growth in recent years and has a projected revenue for 2019 of approximately 400 MSEK.
