EFKAB towards the next growth phase with Broviken as ownership partner
As of August 23, 2019, Broviken Gruppen AB has acquired 75% of EFKAB. The company’s founder and CEO, Mikael Lezdins, will continue to own 25%.
EFKAB (Energi Funktion Komfort) was founded in 2011 and is now a nationwide engineering consulting firm specializing in project management and installation for commercial real estate, industry, and infrastructure. The company has just over 60 employees, primarily based in Stockholm.
The company has a broad and well-balanced customer base of just over 100 customers. Half of the customers are from the public sector and half from the private sector. EFKAB has partnerships with several large and well-established construction, civil engineering, and residential development companies.
