Data Ductus grows through the acquisition of consulting company Complit
IT consulting firm Data Ductus acquires Complit, a Skellefteå-based consulting firm focused on quality assurance, systems development, and project management. The group thereby expands to around 350 employees.
Data Ductus was previously a minority shareholder in Complit and is now acquiring the remaining share of the company.
"It feels like a natural step to take. We share a number of clients, and Complit strengthens our offering in software development quality assurance. I look forward to welcoming our new colleagues and to jointly continuing to create the sustainable and smart solutions of the future for our clients," says Rickard Åström, CEO of Data Ductus.
Complit will initially continue operating under the same brand and management as before. During the spring, operations will relocate to Data Ductus' premises in Skellefteå.

The need and demand for digitalization, automation, and IT services have increased dramatically in recent years, prompting the two acquisitions Data Ductus has completed in a short period.
"The acquisitions strengthen us both in terms of capacity and competence, but we will still need to recruit further. During the year, we are targeting around 30 new hires in Sweden," concludes Rickard.
