Data Ductus strengthens its position with Broviken as ownership partner
As of February 20, 2019, Broviken Gruppen AB has acquired 60% of the IT consultancy firm Data Ductus Holding AB. The company's management and other operational co-owners retain a 40% ownership stake.
Data Ductus currently has more than 240 employees active within software development, automation, and systems integration for clients primarily in telecoms, the public sector, and manufacturing. The company, founded in 1989, is headquartered in Skellefteå and has regional offices in Kiruna, Luleå, Uppsala, Stockholm, and Malmö. The company also has subsidiaries and personnel in the US and Asia. Operations will continue under the same strategic focus as before and under the same brand.
