Broviken is taking a decisive step toward building a market-leading construction and project management group by entering into a partnership with Ebab, a well-established, leading company in the project and construction management industry. The group already includes Forsen, PQ Projektledning, and Projektledarbyrån. These four sister companies are united under the holding company Forsen Partners. The partnership with Ebab strengthens the overall customer offering, as well as the group’s position as one of Sweden’s leading players in project and construction management.
Ebab, founded in 1982, is a well-known and leading company in the field of project and real estate development. The company has 80 employees and is based in the Greater Stockholm area. Ebab’s team includes energy experts, cost estimators, environmental scientists, sustainability strategists, real estate developers, project managers, and construction managers, all of whom work toward the same goal—sustainable construction. Ebab has a strong track record, with major, well-known projects—including both renovation and new construction—on its list of references. Notable among these are the Stockholm City Library, the Fotografiska Museum, Campus Albano, and Medborgarhuset.
Ebab will continue to operate under its own brand and with its existing management team, but will collaborate with other companies within the group. With Ebab’s addition, the group gains a stronger position in the Stockholm area, while also strengthening its expertise in early-stage development, sustainability, the environment, and installation. Ebab brings the group increased exposure to a large number of customers, particularly in the public sector, where municipal companies and agencies have long been important, recurring clients.
“We welcome Ebab as a new sister company to Forsen, Projektledarbyrån, and PQ Projektledning. The partnership with Ebab marks a significant milestone in the growth journey initiated by our principal owner, Broviken. We are excited to be able to offer our clients even greater value through deeper collaborations, increased expertise, and an even stronger focus on sustainability in urban development. “To truly drive the necessary transition toward a more sustainable society with vigor, we must work together across sectors and industries. Through this partnership, we can, together, truly make a difference,” saysAnnika Selin, CEO of Forsen Partners.
“At Ebab, our core values are to be responsive, determined, innovative, and forward-thinking. These aren’t just words; they are the foundation of our corporate culture. Partnerships are part of our long-term strategy and enable us to continue growing in a thriving market. With a clear profile and better growth opportunities, we embody the philosophy that ‘if you don’t evolve, you’ll be left behind.’ “This innovative approach is reflected in our specialized service offering, which we have developed over the years. Becoming part of the Broviken Group now is a testament to our responsiveness and determination—that Ebab has a strong offering that will stand the test of time,” saysKaarel Lehiste, CEO of Ebab.
Through this strategic transaction, Forsens, PQ Projektledning, Projektledarbyrån, and Ebab will become more attractive to skilled professionals. The transaction also brings the group a significant step closer to its goal of becoming the industry leader in construction and project management, enabling it to undertake more large-scale and complex projects.
“Since its investment in Forsen in 2019, Broviken has gradually built up a team of construction and project management specialists, with the ambition of becoming the leading independent player in the Swedish market. The fact that Ebab has now chosen to join the group is both a confirmation of the attractive collaborative environment offered by Forsen, PQ Projektledning, and Projektledarbyrån, and a logical consequence of the shared values that have developed over many years as colleagues in the market,” saysPer Granath, CEO and founder of Broviken.
