Broviken new strategic ownership partner to Attollo
Broviken Gruppen I AB ("Broviken") becomes a strategic ownership partner in Attollo AB ("Attollo" or the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Capmill AB. Attollo is a leading IT consultancy in Sweden within the field of Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics. Broviken becomes a significant shareholder in Attollo and will work together with the Company and existing owners to further develop the business.
Attollo was founded in 2007 and has expanded significantly since its inception. Today, the company's approximately 65 specialists assist their clients in structuring, analysing, and visualising data, enabling better business decisions. In addition, the company supports clients with advisory services in financial planning and reporting as well as regulatory compliance (via the subsidiary Capmill).
Attollo is a well-positioned company with strong opportunities to continue growing both organically and through selective add-on acquisitions. The strong demand for cloud-based solutions within Analytics, where Attollo holds a prominent position, is expected to continue. Attollo has a strong and diversified client base, primarily within banking and finance, insurance, manufacturing, life sciences, and education.
Attollo has offices in Stockholm and Uppsala. The Company, including its wholly-owned subsidiary, has a forecasted turnover for 2020 of approximately SEK 100 million.
