Broviken becomes new majority owner of React Risk Advisory
Broviken Gruppen II AB (“Broviken”) is entering into a strategic partnership with React Risk Advisory Sweden AB (“React Risk Advisory”), a firm specializing in security risk and crisis management consulting. This initiative is being undertaken in collaboration with the company’s founder and current owner, Robin Loft.
React Risk Advisory helps private and public-sector organizations build resilient operations. The company was founded by Robin Loft and operates across the entire chain—from information gathering and assessment to implementation, management, and follow-up—to ensure control over an organization’s security risks. In this way, the company helps clients achieve security and stability, allowing them to focus on their core business. React Risk Advisory becomes Broviken’s second partnership in the priority area of security, following Prolegia.
