Broviken becomes new majority owner of Prolegia
Broviken Gruppen II AB (“Broviken”) is entering into a strategic partnership with Prolegia, Sweden’s leading provider of security-classified background checks. The investment is being made in conjunction with the company’s current owners.

The company’s clients have high standards regarding security, and Prolegia’s background checks provide valuable information that can be crucial in avoiding costly hiring mistakes. Prolegia was founded in 2012 and has been growing profitably ever since. Thomas Hjelmblad, founder and CEO, has—together with the rest of the team—built a niche player with a high level of expertise.
