Broviken invests in Modigo – a leading provider in neuropsychiatry
Broviken Gruppen II AB (“Broviken”), together with its founders and management, has invested in Modigo AB and ADHD Care by Modigo AB (“Modigo”), which are leading providers in Sweden of neuropsychiatric evaluations and medical treatment for patients with ADHD.
Modigo was founded in 2014 with the goal of building a high-quality healthcare company specializing in psychiatry and psychology. The company has grown organically at a rapid pace and is now Sweden’s largest provider of neuropsychiatric evaluations. Modigo has seven clinics in Sweden, from Lund in the south to Sundsvall in the north. The company has approximately 55 employees, who are primarily psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses. In addition, Modigo employs about 70 psychologists and physicians on a consulting basis.

Since 2019, Broviken Gruppen I AB has been the majority owner of Cereb, which operates in the same healthcare sectors as Modigo. Both companies will continue to operate as independent entities with separate management teams and boards of directors. The companies complement each other geographically, with Modigo having a strong market presence along the Norrland coast and in Västra Götaland—regions where Cereb is not established.
