The Swedish business group Broviken is making a long-term investment in Gullers Group as part of its ongoing ambition to create Sweden’s leading service company group. In partnership with Broviken, Gullers Group will have the opportunity to continue its growth journey and further develop a socially focused communications agency with a unique offering. Gullers is an agency without a specific industry label, offering new expertise and services to address the major societal challenges that companies, organizations, and the Swedish public sector face today and in the future.
Gullers Group was founded in 1989 and is today Sweden’s leading agency for social sector organizations, with a strong offering in communications, storytelling, and technological transformation. In recent years, the company has evolved from a communications agency to develop and strengthen its offerings in sustainability, leadership, management, and technology. The Gullers Group, with just over 170 employees, generated revenue of 385 MSEK in 2022/23. The goal is to continue growing and, at the intersection of these areas, to continue the journey toward creating an agency with a unique client offering. The company will continue to operate with a high degree of autonomy under the same management team in partnership with Broviken.
“Gullers Grupp is a well-respected company with an impressive market position. The company’s growth trajectory in recent years has been remarkable in a competitive and ever-changing industry. Its results demonstrate resilience and a strong entrepreneurial drive—qualities we seek in our acquisitions. In addition, Gullers Group has a unique organizational structure, skilled employees, and the ability to integrate new expertise, people, and companies into a strong whole, where customers and their needs are always the focus,” saysPer Granath, CEO and founder of Broviken.
