Broviken becomes majority owner of Corporate Communications and strengthens position in strategic communications
Broviken Gruppen AB invests in Corporate Communications AS, Norway's leading communications advisor focused on strategic and financial communication, crisis communication, and public affairs. Existing partners remain significant minority owners.
Since its inception in 2011, Corporate Communications has established a strong position as an advisor to reputable clients in situations where communication is business-critical. The company assists its clients in areas such as capital markets communication, transactions, crisis management, and strategic positioning, offering a well-regarded proposition characterized by high quality and senior expertise.
The company operates in a market driven by increasing complexity, where demands for transparency, trust, and strategic understanding are becoming ever more important. Through its clear focus and specialist expertise, Corporate Communications has established a strong platform for continued growth. Broviken is already the majority owner of Fogel & Partners and Gullers Grupp in Sweden. With Corporate Communications joining the group, the position within high-quality communication services is further strengthened.

The transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority. The commercial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
