Barnläkarna i Täby Centrum enters into a partnership with the Cereb Group
Cereb Holding AB (“the Cereb Group”) is expanding its service offering in pediatric and adolescent medicine through the acquisition of Barnläkarna i Täby Centrum AB (“BLTC” or “the Company”).
BLTC has been welcoming patients since 2001 and is one of the oldest private pediatric clinics in Greater Stockholm. The company has a contract with Region Stockholm and operates clinics in Täby and Vallentuna. The clinics offer specialized care for children and adolescents with pediatric conditions, mental health issues, and ADHD assessment and treatment. The company has a strong local brand and 14 employees.
