Attollo and Omeo enter into a partnership
Omeo Financial Consulting AB (“Omeo”), a leading advisor to financial institutions, is entering into a partnership with Attollo, one of Broviken’s existing portfolio companies. Through this partnership, the group will strengthen its offering to the financial sector and bring on board additional skilled professionals.
Omeo is a highly reputable consulting firm that specializes in business development and provides expertise in risk, compliance, treasury, internal governance, and reporting. The company currently works with numerous banks, fund and securities firms, asset managers, venture capital firms, and other financial institutions. As part of the transaction, a merger is being carried out with Attollo’s subsidiary Capmill, which, like Omeo, provides specialized consulting services to the financial sector. The merger will give the group increased resources, enhanced competitiveness, and an even stronger offering to clients in the financial sector who operate in an increasingly complex environment.
